Reflection on Term Three

  1. I’m proud of my reading because my reading teacher said I am getting more fluent.
  2. I’m proud of my P.E because now I look for space when we go out to do P.E.
  3. I’m proud of my writing because I have been writing whole pages and last term I didn’t even write half a page.

  1. I should improve in listening on and off the mat.
  2. I need to get better at sitting on the mat quietly.

I need to improve in my maths because I can’t do fractions.

Goals

My goal for reading is to get my reading age closer to my chronological age. I am working hard in class and with Mrs Hall most of the time. To make sure I improve more I am going to have to work hard all of the time while working on reading. I will also need to read more while at home.
To improve my writing I need to take more time when writing, work harder during writing groups and edit my work when finished.
My goal for mathematics is to increase my basic facts score. I have increased by 11 so far this year however I want to increase it more and be more consistent with my scores. To do this I will need to complete basic facts sheets at home and get parents to give me random quizzes.

Evidence of Learning during the Erosion Unit

What have you learnt?

How do you know?

What e-learning tools helped you to learn this?

I have learnt about how erosion works.

I know how erosion works because miss Thompson has showed me and helped me to understand it.

On our blog there are some videos on how erosion works

I have leant that rocks are evidence of erosion happening .

If erosion did not happen then we would not have of found our rock at ann street

I have leant that rocks with holes made when the gases are escaping

I know that because miss Thompson showed us some examples.
